体检注意事项 Memo：
个人 Personal
1. 护照原件、复印件 Original passport；Passport copy；VISA copy
2. 四张2寸彩照 2 inch color photos * 4
3. 空腹 Before breakfast
4. 费用650元 650 RMB fee
5. 打印预约单 Print your reservation page
6. 外国人来华工作许可 Work Permit for Foreigners in China
体检流程 Process：
1. 前台交材料，领取排号单 Hand in your reservation page in reception
2. 等待叫号，初步预检 Wait for your counter number and first step check in
3. 缴费 Pay the fee (650 RMB) in Room 115
4. 进行体检 Do check in Room 113
5. 玻璃房交材料（请用快递方式） Hand in your report in Glass Room（Please select the report by express）
